Welcome to DentCare USA. By accessing and using our website, services, and products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any orders.
1. GENERAL TERMS
Any dispute or discrepancy regarding the cost or quantity of items on the invoice must be communicated within 7 working days from the date of receipt.
Inspection and Notification: Upon receipt of the order, the Dentist/clinic/staff (purchaser)shall inspect the delivered items for accuracy in terms of quantity, pricing, and conformity with the original order. Any claims regarding discrepancies, defects, incorrect items, or pricing disputes must be reported in writing to DentCare within seven 7 working days from the date of delivery.
Failure to Notify: If the Purchaser does not notify DentCare of any disputes, discrepancies, or issues within the 7 working days, the order shall be deemed accepted in its entirety, and DentCare shall bear no further responsibility for any claims relating to cost, quantity, or the accuracy of the delivered items.
Limitation of Liability: After the expiration of the 7 working days, DentCare shall not be liable for any claims arising from alleged order mismatches, incorrect deliveries, or cost disputes, and no refunds, credits, or replacements shall be provided.
Modifications or amendments to the original invoice will not be entertained after the 7 working days’ return/exchange period.
Any change request during or after the manufacturing process may incur additional charges.
All works must be submitted exclusively through DentCare Instruction Slip. DentCare shall not be liable for any defects, inaccuracies, or defaults in products submitted through any other slip. Furthermore, DentCare provides no assurance regarding the reliability, quality, or outcome of products processed using unauthorized slips.
Orders are processed at the dentist’s own risk if inadequate impressions, distorted models, or improper clearance are provided. Such cases void the warranty and will be fully chargeable if repeated.
Orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled. However, in the event of a manufacturing defect, the product may be repaired or replaced upon return of the original work, models and invoice within 7 working days of receipt.
If DentCare identifies issues with a model and informs the dentist, but the dentist insists on proceeding, the full cost of repeat fabrication will be borne by the dentist.
Patients cannot claim a warranty for any prostheses upgrades.
By affixing DentCare prostheses to a patient, the dentist assumes full responsibility for meeting all clinical requirements and for communicating prostheses-related instructions as per the Information for Usage (IFU).
The fit, adaptation, extensions, occlusion, and contact of prostheses can only be assured based on accurate dental casts/models (digital or physical).
The shade of the final prosthesis and stump shade must be specified by the dentist on the instruction slip. DentCare will make efforts to match the shade but is not responsible for clinical shade discrepancies.
Urgent orders may be subject to an additional surcharge of 10%.
Fabrication times depend on the type and number of prosthetic units ordered.
2. RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all relevant documents (invoice), within 7 working days of receipt.
DentCare reserves the right to reject returns if:
The product has been used, modified, or altered.
The return request is made after the 7 working days’ period.
The product does not meet return conditions outlined above.
Products are manufactured based on clear instructions from Dentists/Hospitals. Thus, products are not eligible for returns. However, repair and rework can be carried out in case of manufacturing defects.
Any refund or replacement will be processed only after an inspection and approval by DentCare.
3. NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
Before Delivery:
If a product does not conform to quality standards, we may:
Correct the issue before dispatch.
Segregate, contain, return, or suspend provision of the product.
Release or accept under concession, provided appropriate justification is given and approval is obtained.
After Delivery:
If a defect is identified post-delivery, DentCare will take appropriate corrective actions, which may include return, repair, or replacement of the product only if notified within the 7 working days.
4. REWORK POLICY
If a product requires rework, the process will be documented and authorized before execution.
The rework process will not compromise product quality or regulatory compliance.
The final product will undergo verification to ensure compliance with quality and acceptance criteria.
Records of rework will be maintained for quality control purposes.
5. PREVENTIVE ACTIONS
DentCare continuously reviews and improves its quality management system by:
Identifying potential product nonconformities and their causes.
Evaluating and implementing preventive measures.
Documenting corrective actions and their effectiveness.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
DentCare is not responsible for any damages resulting from the misuse or improper application of its products.
Liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products, subject to DentCare’s approval.
DentCare is not liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of revenue or profits.
7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the same jurisdiction.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DentCare reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.

Acknowledgment of Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with DentCare, the Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that they have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions published on DentCare’s official website. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions before placing an order. DentCare assumes no liability for any claims of unawareness regarding these terms. Continued use of DentCare’s services and placement of orders shall constitute acceptance of the most current version of the Terms and Conditions as publicly available on the website.
